Kelly is a freshman at Helix Charter High School. She attended Albert Einstein Charter Middle School where she was a member of ASB from 2019-2022.

Kelly was born in San Diego but grew up in both San Diego and Minsk, Belarus. Her favorite hobbies are horse-back riding, cooking, being with her pets, and video games. While she loves all her pets equally, she usually hangs out with her two birds, Whistler and Twinkle. Kelly also enjoys swimming and badminton.  She also likes to play ukulele - sometimes. Her favorite subjects in school are math and history. 

Kelly loves helping people and started learning how to be a good leader. She speaks Russian, English, and a little bit of German, and would love to learn ASL in the future. 

Kelly is in charge of PILT's social media and is training to be part of PILT's Executive Committee. She will take on the role of Director of Social Media after her training period.
