PATH San Diego
PATH is a California statewide nonprofit agency dedicated to ending homelessness for individuals, families, and communities. In 2018, there were more than 127,000 people experiencing homelessness in California. In just the last 4 years, PATH has helped more than 8,000 people move off the streets, out of shelters and into permanent homes.
PATH San Diego operates 6 Permanent Supportive Housing (PSH) sites with 519 apartments. Another PSH site is due to open in October. In addition to offering a place to call home, these sites also provide wrap-around services to address the immediate needs of the clients. Onsite case managers help clients move forward in their housing journey by helping them address and overcome barriers that lead to a path of self-empowerment and belonging.
