Mrs. Young is PILT’s connection to Helen Woodward Animal Center (HWAC). She is an animal lover who is a regular foster mom to many of Helen Woodward’s rescues. As PILT’s HWAC liaison, she connects PATH and PILT with outreach resources offered by HWAC. In her free time, Mrs. Young loves to read and ride. She has been an equestrian her entire life and rides both Western and English saddle. When she is not reading or riding, she loves to spend time with her grandkids who live in Washington state. Mrs. Young lives in Solana Beach with her husband “Big Al” and her rescues, Sophie and Emma.
